Mission Statement

We support the church’s discipleship ministry by helping women discover their true identity in Christ. This builds unity in the body and equips them to join God‘s mission, so they can experience the abundant life He offers and makes His glory known to the world.

Theme Scripture

"I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in me and I in him produces much fruit,
because you can do nothing without me."

John 15:5

Core Values

Word-Focused
  • Grounded in the Word of God as our main source of strength and truth. "All Scripture is inspired by God  , and is profitable for teaching, for rebuking, for correcting, for training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be complete, equipped for every good work." - 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Gospel-Centered
  • The Gospel is woven into the fabric of ministry activities, with the mission of building up the women of Fellowship, equipping them with what they need to go out boldly and LOVE people to the Lord. "Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” - Matthew 28:19-20
Prayer-Infused
  • Prayer precedes all planning and is infused in all functions. "Commit your activities to the Lord, and your plans will be established." - Proverbs 16:3
Variety of Opportunities
  • We provide multiple opportunities throughout the year for women to be encouraged, fellowship with one another, invite friends and grow in grace. "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.” - John 13:34
Discipleship-Centered
  • Spiritual growth is the goal for all women from new believers to maturing believers through relationships with other women. "But speaking the truth in love, let us grow in every way into him who is the head - Christ. From him the whole body, fitted and knit together by every supporting ligament, promotes the growth of the body for building itself up in love by the proper working of each individual part." - Ephesians 4:15-16
Multi-generational
  • Connecting and mentoring the women of Fellowship in all stages of life. "In the same way, older women are to be reverent in behavior, not slanderers, not slaves to excessive drinking. They are to teach what is good, so that they may encourage the young women to love their husbands and to love their children, to be self-controlled, pure, workers at home, kind, and in submission to their husbands, so that God’s word will not be slandered." Titus 2:3-5

Women's Summit 2027

Each year, Fellowship schedules prayer summits at a local Christian camp. The summits provide participants opportunities to spend extended times of prayer with each other without the normal distractions that come with our busy lives. A Prayer Summit is a gathering of Christians who spend several days seeking the Lord and His agenda for their individual lives, families, church, and community.
When: Thursday, February 25th-Saturday, February 27th
Where: Hidden Acres Christian Center, 3837 Union Avenue, Dayton, IA
Cost: $175/person. Fee includes: Lodging, meals, & all summit sessions & materials.

Registration Opens January 2027
This is a time of refreshment, encouragement, edification and purification, perfect for every heart longing to know God more intimately. The agenda will be established by Christ as we worship, glorify, and enjoy Him through singing, Scripture reading, and prayer. We look forward to this time of sharing, praising, glorifying and experiencing the joy of the Lord. We hope you can join us for this special time together.
